UFO: Istanbul, Turkey
This is a very peculiar video shot by an amateur cameraman in Istanbul, Turkey in August, 2007. The story has had widespread attention in Turkey, with government officials stating that it is nothing associated with the military.

The full video can be seen below, and it shows what appears to be a crescent shaped structured object. Unfortunately there is no point of reference, so it is difficult to say how large the object is.
